Oyster Bay Warehouse Has Mini-Flood Commercial Water Damage

The commercial water damage in this Oyster Bay warehouse had a couple of inches of standing water. SERVPRO techs have the equipment to handle large scale flooding and can extract the water quickly using a combination of truck-mounted units and submersible pumps for complete water removal. Fortunately, the substrate was a concrete slab, and the technicians were able to deploy multiple air movers and desiccant dehumidifiers to get the area dried as rapidly as possible. Despite a large amount of water, the techs only needed to perform controlled demolition on one wall and remove a few inches of sheetrock that had wicked water.
